RaKi is an independent, senior-led aviation advisory firm. We help airlines, airports, cargo operators and MROs with internal audit, revenue and commercial assurance, cost optimisation, fraud risk and transformation assurance — recovering value and strengthening governance.
No. RaKi specialises in commercial, financial, operational and governance audit — revenue leakage, cost, fraud and controls. We do not perform flight-safety, airworthiness or Safety Management System (SMS) compliance audits.
Independent studies put airline revenue leakage at roughly 3–5% of revenue, and higher in some segments. It hides across refunds and waivers, interline and prorate settlement, cargo, group sales and ancillary billing — often enough to move a marginal carrier into profit.
