Who we are

RaKi Aviation Consultants ("RaKi", "we") is an aviation advisory firm. Our website is rakiaviation.in and we can be reached at contact@rakiaviation.in.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us:

Consultation requests — name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, region, the challenge category you select, urgency, your short description, preferred contact method and NDA preference.
Newsletter signups — your email address.
Technical records — when you submit a form we record the time, IP address and browser identifier to protect against abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Form drafts you type are saved in your own browser's local storage until you submit or clear them; they are not transmitted to us until you press submit.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry — submissions are read only by the partner response team.
To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every edition includes a way to unsubscribe.
To keep the site and our services secure.

We do not use the details you submit for marketing, share them with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to any list without separate consent.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., encrypted in transit and at rest. Copies of submissions are also synchronised to our internal spreadsheet and notification tools (Google Workspace and our email provider) so the partners can respond quickly. Emails you send us are held in our business email systems.

How long we keep it

Consultation submissions are retained while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to contact@rakiaviation.in and we will respond promptly.
